  1. I accidentally made peach syrup from pits, peels and leftover juice when canning peaches this year (only because I didn't want to waste anything). It was delicious....over ice cream or waffles. I will be making every time I can peaches now. Of course, I want apple syrup now, so I've been looking around and with the help of looking over your website, I will be making applesauce and using any extra juices for syrup now. Can't wait.
