And of course I always oblige, because they're so easy to make!
Fudgy Maple Syrup
Brownies
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup cocoa
2 eggs
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Mix all together, pour into 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 degrees
for 30 minutes.
I will be making these very soon. Like probably tonight. ;)
ReplyDeleteThis recipe is absolutely delicious!! And I don't feel bad for eating almost the entire pan myself :-) Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWhen you say maple syrup, do you mean pure maple syrup or the table variety? Also, should the butter be room temp or does it not matter?
ReplyDeleteSo sorry, Sarah, your message went to my spam folder and I just saw it now. We use pure maple syrup, but I think either would work. I usually melt the butter, just so it mixes in more easily.
ReplyDeleteI know this is an old post, but I really needed some motivation to finish cleaning the house tonight, and these brownies will work perfectly! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteJust wanted to say thanks for this recipe. Will be trying it tonight!
ReplyDeleteThese were so delicious! I've been trying to eat low/no sugar and these fit the bill! The texture is divine. I added a tad more cocoa than was called for; and I also added about 1/2 c very dark chocolate chunks. Thanks so much for this recipe, it's our new fave!
ReplyDeleteMy husband also loves when we add dark chocolate chips to the batter! Glad you liked the recipe!
DeleteI just made these and wow, they are amazing!! Perfectly moist and flavorful, this will now be in heavy rotation!
ReplyDeleteMade these a couple days ago - soooo goooood! Almost taste like a store bought mix but better because of that beautiful mapley-ness.
ReplyDeletePinning the recipe and the ice cream one as well. Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteMade these tonight and they are fantastic! My new go-to brownie recipe. Thanks for sharing!
